Superfix Tabs are a new advance in dry chemistry which you then dilute in water to process most black and white film or darkroom paper.
They come in two parts (A and B) and, when diluted, will make 3 litres of fixer, enough to fix 20 films or 4.5 litres sufficient to fix up to 160 sheets of RC darkroom paper.
The tabs complement the range of current Superfix fixers with an exceptionally user-friendly product: that'll work with all classic emulsions as well as for modern T-grain films (like TMax or Delta).
They are also the perfect accompaniment to Parvofin developer tabs and also contain no boron.
You dissolve the two tabs together tabs in hot water - after cooling, the fixer is ready to use. We suggest a standard dilution of 150 ml working solution for film or paper. Typically, allow 3-5 minutes for film and
45 seconds for paper. All techniques can be found in our PDF above.
Of course, the advantages are apparent.
You always have fresh chemistry with an extremely long storage life and ease of safe transport, even on aeroplanes, offering consistent results time after time.
