The cost of sending the item back to us will be met by the customer but the return postage will be at Firstcall’s cost.

This policy does not apply to incorrectly shipped items or faulty new items where both postage costs will met by the company as long as our terms and conditions are met – see Cancellation and Terms and Conditions under Order Deliveries.
