Product Description

Kodak Professional Tri-X 400 Film is a high-speed panchromatic film that is a good choice for photographing dimly lit subjects or fast action, for photographing subjects that require good depth of field and fast shutter speeds, and for extending the distance range for flash pictures.

Tri-X 400 Film is recommended for push-processing applications.

Just a word of advice though. With Kodak's strange attitude to bulk film pricing it is now cheaper to buy fully pre-loaded 35mm cassettes of Tri-X than the bulk film. You get 19 individual 36 exposure films from one bulk 30 metre length.

"I haven't actually purchased this as it works out at ?3 more a roll than the original cassette version. How can this be a good option? Reply, by Rodney Bates 8th February, 2019 Exactly, Lee. We pointed this out to Kodak too. They shrugged their shoulders and said ?So?? My advice would be to just buy the rolls or if you want a bulk 30 metre roll, similar but one that will save you money, or buy the Ilford Pan 400 one: "
