Our opinion

If you wanted to capture ultra-vivid images with ultra fine grain, only one film sprang to mind: Fuji Velvia.
The exciting news is that Kodak's new Professional Ektar 100 offers these properties for negative film, which should be an interesting proposition for all photographers who like their colours to leap off the page. There are several advantages to using negative film rather than slide film; to name but a few, negative film is much more forgiving of exposure errors and it is still easier to get negative film developed and printed.

With an ISO rating of 100, this film is ideal for enlargements and scanning. This film is recommended for all but portrait photography (for which you should be using either Fuji Pro 160S or Kodak Portra films). We can't wait to try out this new film ...

"I've taken a few photographs with Kodak Ektar film,using two different types of camera.And found the results to be slightly different from each other. My modern Canon EOS 3O SLR seemed to bring out the colours nicely,in a very natural way. Where as my Rangefinder tended to soften/mute the colours a bit,two different looks that both had appeal. I think that both Ektar and Porta are amongst the best of Kodak's 35 mm colour films to date. "

Delivery

Most orders incur a total order delivery charge of £7.99 including VAT for mainland UK delivery. All goods are shipped by courier services. The companies we use are DPD or DHL and parcels are delivered in 48 hours or sooner from date of despatch.
