At the heart of the Jobo system are the 2800 series print drums which are designed to allow you to be able to process prints in the daylight, regardless of whether or not you're using a Jobo processor (by using them with the 1509 Roller Base). In addition, like Jobo film tanks, they are a modular system, which saves you money. When you need to move to a larger format print, you simply add an extension piece. The same tank you use for test strips can be used for larger prints and with all Jobo tanks, you get the benefit of processing in daylight - something impossible when using dishes.

If you want to automate your print processing, we recommend the CPE2 Starter Kit on page 69 but the 2840 Print Drum (which holds prints up to 11x14 inch) is the maximum size print you can make with it.
