Product Description
Film Washi ""V"" is a handcrafted panchromatic film, more transparent, more sensitive and with better latitude exposure. It is hand-coated on artisanal Gampi paper made by the Awagami Factory in Japan with high transparency, soft texture and wide latitude exposure.
It incorporates ""real"" film emulsion, that we feel is very similar to Ilford FP4. Sensitive to all colours, this film is a great choice to shoot landscapes with a unique pictorialist effect, but also portraits and all classic subjects.
A word of warning though, being panchromatic it has to be processed in the dark and not on a spiral.
We sell a special spiral that is needed for use with a Paterson tank - called a Separating Stripe Film Processing Reel.
This 120 Roll Film is rated at 100 ISO. For additional information and processing details please see the datasheet.
