Have you ever wanted to process your own colour printing from negatives but been put off by the complexity or expense of doing so?
Well, now you needn't worry because with Tetenal's new beginner's kit, they have included all the chemicals required to process your first 18 sheets of 8 x 10-inch colour RA4 paper. However, as with other colour development kits on the market today, we've found you'll be able to squeeze out a little more than that meaning 25 sheets are possible.
In the kit, you get concentrates of colour developer, stop bath, bleach fixer and stabilizer bath and simple instructions on how to use them. The instructions alone, listed on this page too, are worth the download just for the read.
Additionally, you need the following equipment which we can supply:
25 sheets of Fuji Crytal Archive RA4 paper
One x 100% dark room to insert the film (or a change bag)
One x set of three developing dishes or a Print Drum
One x thermometer (up to 40 degrees C)
One x stop-clock timer or use your phone
One x Tempering Unit or tray Heater
One x measuring cylinder (approx. 600 ml for measuring water)
One x measuring jug (approx. 1 litre for holding the water wash)
Four x bottles, 600 ml each (as storage bottles for the freshly mixed baths)
One x waterproof pen to mark the bottles (you can also use adhesive labels)
One x Print Squeegee
