Touch dry darkroom prints in less than one minute.
We have searched the world for new darkroom equipment this year. In the course of our travels we found the only roller dryer still being manufactured in Germany for small to medium sized paper. This superb machine will dry all commercially available resin-coated darkroom photographic paper up to 12 inches wide (for 12 x 16). It will easily cope with Ilfochrome type paper too.
You have control over the heat as the print is rollered through and because the residual water is squeegeed-off by the rollers at the entrance to the dryer, it is incredibly quick in drying a print - just less than 60 seconds.
This makes it an ideal choice for classroom or high usage requirements as it really cuts the queues often formed in schools and colleges after students have washed their prints. However, it is not for test strips under 5 x 7 inches though.
