"The RF25D is a battery operated model and as such is suitable for both outdoor and indoor use with either Studio or Portable flash. The battery pwered 'sender / transmitter' module either fits and operates from teh Camera hot shoe or connects to the camera synch cable. The ""receiver"" module has a battery pack and is supplied with large and small jack plug fittings for Studio Flash or portable for flash synch lead. This product incorporates ""sleep"" circuitry to prolong the battery life.
