"Harman Technology, the makers of Ilford b&w photo products, now produce three FB ink jet papers.
FB or Fibre Based means it uses the same real photo baryta base as used in their Multigrade FB papers. Being 310gsm in weight, they are heavier than Fotospeed alternatives and ""instant dry"". Unlike all others, they also remain completely flat after printing which makes them really easy to mount. They also don't suffer from water marking or annoying head strikes and is 100% acid-free with a very smooth white base.
The Harman range consists of the original Matt paper with its white base or the Warmtone Matt with and ivory alternative. The new Gloss paper offers an air-dried gloss which means it is not supper glossy but has a offers a subtle sheen and is attractively reflection free. It is glossier than the Fotospeed alternative.
The whole Harman range shouts quality and, in our view, allows you to go beyond your normal creative printing by adding value to your images. They are particularly suited to Epson R2400 printing.
