Our SV-5000L is a desktop slide viewer with 3x-magnification glass lens. It runs off MN1500 batteries or AC adaptor complete with collection tray for viewed slides. Its lamp source is a 5000k 'daylight' fluorescent bulb.
This reliable method of viewing slides or negatives is definitively to be recommended in favour of traditional tungsten equipment.
