Our opinion:

What a brilliant idea - a graphic tablet that responds to two methods of input: the traditional pen - and the touch and gesture input that you may be already familiar with from the iPhone, iTouch or Macbook.

Size matters - especially in a graphic tablet - hence for your long-term product satisfaction, we would always recommend buying the largest graphic tablet you can afford. The medium size is roughly equal to A5 and enables you to work comfortably across all tasks.

We also like the new pen holder attached to the side of the tablet - which means you can't misplace the holder at least (it's surprising how often mine vanishes).

The Bamboo Fun includes Photoshop Elements (version 7 for Windows and version 6 for Mac) - which normally costs £70 by itself. Hence, if you need both, a graphic tablet and Elements, this is a good value, functional and trendy solution. *****
